Custom made means that these items are made by me on my industrial equipment using authentic Ralph Lauren Home fabrics. I believe in providing high quality, and am often complemented as having better quality than Ralph himself.

I prefer payment via PayPal. I also accept payments via money order or cashier's check. No personal checks or COD please. I am considering other payment services, but at this time, PayPal is the only online option.

Any Factory Made items state in their description whether they are in new or used condition, are irregular or first quality, and if they are in original packaging. ...................................................................................................................................... Because I custom make most of my items, they do not come in "original packaging" because that packaging never existed. I purchase my fabric from the factory and then use it to create items for you.

I accept returns on most items. Please email me before returning an item. Returns must be shipped within 7 business days of package receipt. All returned items, regardless of return reason, are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping each way is the responsibility of the customer.

All of our fabric has either come directly from the mill, from other vendors, or is remnants from items we have custom made. Because of this we often have odd size pieces, that while they are not useful for us, may be useful for your project. Because these pieces are remnants, there is no guarantee that designs are centered or that edges are square. I always shave an inch or two off of a measurement to make up for this.
