All custom items are made at the time payment is received. Therefore, shipping occurs approximately 10-14 business days after payment is received. Priority Mail then takes 2-3 business days to arrive.

Payment is due via PayPal within 3 business days of purchase. Paying quickly allows me to start working on your items to get them out to you quickly.
I HAPPILY combine shipping! I use Priority Mail from the USPS. I do not use UPS, FedEx, DHL or any other carrier, because they are all located to far away for me to drive to ship a package. I apologize if this is an inconvenience.
The website is designed to calculate your shipping based on specified product information. However, mistakes do sometimes occur. If you overpay for shipping, the difference will be refunded to your PayPal account (on the day your order ships).
I accept returns on most items. Please email me before returning an item. Returns must be shipped within 7 business days of package receipt. All returned items, regardless of return reason, are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping each way is the responsibility of the customer.
